A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser.
This website sets a single cookie, and only when someone from the business signs in to the page where the promotion is edited. It exists only to keep that sign-in active and it is deleted on sign out or after thirty days. Without it the sign-in would not work, so it does not require consent.

What is loaded from other websites
Nothing. Fonts, images and everything else are served from this website. If you click the map, the Google profile link or WhatsApp, that company's website opens and from that moment their rules apply, not ours.
What data we collect
This website has no enquiry form, so you send us nothing through it. We only receive data if you call us, write to us on WhatsApp or send an e-mail. In that case we have what you wrote yourself, usually a name, a phone number and a question.
The server hosting this website records technical data about the visit, such as the IP address and the time, for security and correct operation. We do not combine those records with anything and we do not use them to track people.
Why we process it
To answer your enquiry and agree on work, delivery or service. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and for the technical server records our legitimate interest in keeping the website running safely.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and enquiries while the arrangement lasts and for one year after the last message, then we delete them. Invoices and accounting records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website on its servers
- The e-mail provider you use to write to us
- A supplier or service technician, only when that is necessary to carry out your job
We do not sell data to anyone and we do not use it for advertising.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, for correction, erasure or restriction of processing, and you can object to processing. Write to trgovinapezergracac@gmail.com and we answer within one month at the latest.
If you believe we are not handling your data properly, you can complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Ulica Metela Ožegovića 16, 10000 Zagreb, azop@azop.hr.
